Cape Cod Weddings
Weddings are my main focus, and I enjoy doing them. When you book with me, we will set up a consultation to pick out music, go over play lists and introductions, and see if you want cake cutting, and the garter, and so on. I can also play recessional and processional music for those all-in-one affairs, and will work with you and your chosen Justice of the Peace or clergy.
When it comes time for your special day, I will be set up and ready to go at least an hour before your affair starts. As a rule, I play light, easy music during cocktail and meal hours, and do not talk over the music, nor do I play it too loud. If you want something different, however, just tell me. I have no real agenda aside from taking care of you and helping your reception along. See my FAQ page for more on how I take care of you and your guests.
Fun or Formal?
There is a growing trend; a non-traditional wedding. Some people just prefer a relaxed, fun atmosphere. Some people do not want a list of introductions for their wedding party (some people do not even want a wedding party!). Some couples want a wedding reception that is all about celebrating the joy of the wedding without bringing the formal along with it. I have had couples dance to some pretty odd first-dance songs at these types of weddings; a recent couple shared their first dance to Rihanna's Umbrella. It's your day, and I do it your way. We will set up the flow of your reception any way you wish it, and I will add my input and experience as we do.
