Rates as of September, 2008

My rates are all-inclusive: lighting, set-up, break-down, consultations to set up reception/theme/music. There are no hidden or extra fees aside from the rates below. Rates are for hours of service; not travel time, set up, and/or breakdown. I will be at your event set up and ready to go no less than an hour before your event starts with no cost to you. If your reception is more than 30 miles from the Hyannis area a $50.00 travel fee is assessed on all rates.

Weddings

Monday - Friday: $750.00 5 hours of music

Saturday & Sunday: $850.00 5 hours of music

$150.00/hour after 5 hours

Private Parties/Functions (non-Bar Mitzvah)

     $150./hour

Bar/Bat Mitzvah Party Packages

Weekdays or weekends: $900.00 w/o Motivational Party Helper

                                   $1200.00 w/Motivational Party Helper*

Bar/Bat Mitzvah package includes: up to 5 hours* of music, games & contests w/prizes, consultations and meetings with child & immediate family to set up the party's music & theme. *Motivational party helper will help with contests, prizes, music, getting people dancing, and keeping the party moving and is an option, not mandatory.

*$150.00/hour after 5 hours.

 All rates are for hours of work; I bill by the hour, not by the half-hour. 

Payment & Deposits

Payment must be in the form of cash or check, or money order. In order to book an affair date, a minimum $100.00 deposit must be given, which is fully refundable up to two weeks out. Any affair cancelled within two weeks results in loss of deposit. A standard DJ's agreement will be signed, and a receipt given. The balance must be paid one week prior to your event. I ask for payment in advance so that I do not have to bother you for payment on the day of your event. If you sincerely wish to pay only when I arrive, I will accept, but payment must be in the form of cash. 

Rates & prices are subject to change. An agreement signed by both A-1 and client and deposit secures all services and rates. Once an event is booked and an agreement signed, no rate changes will affect a client's rate..
